Local UFO Group Has its First Meeting -- More than 100 people gathered for the first meeting of a newly formed UFO group in Farmington, New Mexico. The group is focused on alien abductions, cattle mutilations, and UFOs. Clark Hathaway, co-founder of the group, described his first sighting as a 9 year old boy in San Miguel, California in 1952. After telling his father who was in the military, the boy was visited by a high-ranking officer who told the boy he hadn't seen anything. The officer told Hathaway that if he talked about it, both he and his father would have their rumps in hot water. During the 1990's Hathaway began investigating sightings.
