Question:
I am a beginner in the the realms of the
paranormal. I was just wondering what a "Chupacabra"
is. Could you please tell me? Thanks.
Answer:
A chupacabra is an ugly, hairy creature
about 4 feet tall with alien features, large standup ears on top
of its head, huge eyes of varying colors, long skinny arms and
legs with claws, and a tail. Its body shape remotely resembles
the furry main character in the Dr. Suess children's book, How
the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Many variations of the creature have been
reported. In some reports it is more animal-like, and in others,
it is more alien-like. Almost all reports from witnesses indicate
the creature travels primarily alone unlike wild animals which
often hunt in packs or herds.
In 1996, one newspaper reported the Chupacabra
had been spotted in southern Florida. However, no further stories
surfaced. The creature has been primarily seen in the villages
and rural areas of South America. The chupacabra is a predator of
cattle and small animals and has reportedly attacked children and
adults which got in its way.
