Question:
How many abductions are reported annually? What is
a rough, estimated number of abductees to date?
Answer:
ery few abductions are actually reported
to authorities. But if you are asking how many abductions occur,
that is quite another question. There are far more abductions
occurring than is generally believed. The reason these abductions
go unnoticed is that so few people are able to grasp the concept
they are being abducted.
Some researchers claim up to 5 percent of the
world's population has been abducted. But that number is probably
over-inflated, especially when considering how many millions of
people that would be. We tend to think of it as a lot less than
one percent of the world's population.
One way of looking at it on a personal scale is
to consider all the members in a family group. Consider the
husbands, wives, children, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins,
their spouses, and all the extended family members. Out of this
group of hundreds of people, a tiny link may be found to the
aliens. One of these individuals, and his or her parent(s) or
child(ren) will be abductees.
However, many or most of these abductees, up
until now, would have lived their lives without knowing about
alien abductions. They would have died believing their unusual
dreams or experiences were just imagination. So, to answer your
question, there are more abductions occurring than there are
people who know what is happening to themselves. Perhaps as more
people develop an abduction awareness, we will be able to
determine a more accurate percentage.
